At Zärene, we believe the body responds differently when care is given with intention. Ten hydrotherapy experiences were created to provide a quiet space for the body to release tension, for the nervous system to slow down, and for the mind to step out of survival mode. Each soak is prepared with purpose, allowing you to settle into a moment of restoration that continues to be felt long after you leave.

The Esther Bath

Inspired by the preparation baths described in the Book of Esther, this immersion was created from a vision centered on renewal, refinement, and the shifting of one’s posture in spirit. In the biblical account, Esther underwent a year of beauty treatments and baths before she was permitted to stand before the king. These preparations were not only for outward beauty, but for positioning, maturity, and readiness for the season of advancement she was called into. The process took her from the posture of a village girl to one able to carry herself in royalty, favor, and authority.

This bath was birthed from that same understanding — that preparation often happens in quiet, intentional moments before elevation. The warmth of the immersion, combined with oil of myrrh and carefully selected aromatic and skin-softening elements, is used as part of an anointing preparation designed to calm the body, settle the mind, and create space for restoration both physically and inwardly.

Recommended for clients seeking deep renewal, intentional self-care, and an experience that goes beyond relaxation into restoration, realignment, and preparation for what lies ahead.
