To God Be All The Glory LLC, doing business as Zärene Holistic Health & Wellness, is a registered LLC and Christ-centered holistic healing practice owned and operated by Arlene Pollock, B.A., L.M.T., an NPI-registered Licensed Massage Therapist and Master Herbalist located at 4615 Forest Drive, Suite 2, Columbia, SC 29209.
Services include clinical neuromuscular massage, MediCupping therapy, hydrotherapy, herbal and alternative healing, fertility wellness massage, emotional support services, couples workshops, and health coaching.

Acceptance of Terms
By using our website at zarenewellness.com, submitting our contact or intake forms, initiating a chat through our website widget, or receiving any services from our practice, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree please do not use our website or services.
Section 03
SMS Text Messaging — Consent and Opt-In
By submitting our contact form, initiating a chat through our website widget, or texting our business number directly, you expressly consent to receive automated and manually sent text messages from Zärene Holistic Health & Wellness at the phone number you provide.
Messages may include: appointment follow-up messages, session thank-you messages, Google review requests, rebook reminders, and wellness check-in communications.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our practice. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with any third party for marketing purposes.

Services & Appointments
All services are provided by appointment only. Appointments may be booked through our online scheduling platform or by contacting us directly by phone, text, or through our website contact form.
Our services are not a substitute for licensed medical care. If you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern please consult a licensed physician before scheduling an appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Section 05
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client who may be waiting.
Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of the practice. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments.

HSA & FSA Payments
Zärene Holistic Health & Wellness is an NPI-registered clinical provider. Many services may be eligible for reimbursement through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). We recommend confirming eligibility with your benefits provider prior to your appointment. We are not responsible for reimbursement decisions made by third-party benefits administrators.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Richland County, South Carolina.
